Training Services Australia was establishd in 1996 has grown steadily since that time. The company is registered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) to deliver the following nationally recognised qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Certificate III in Work Health and Safety
We are also approved by WorkSafe WA to deliver the five-day Work Health & Safety Representatives course.
Services provided
Training Services Australia provides high quality vocational training and development for trainers, assessors, supervisors and frontline managers in all areas of industry and commerce. Our principal field of expertise is in the delivery of courses in Training,
Assessment, Frontline Management and Safety. However we also provide broader vocational training and consulting services in response to individual organisations’ needs. These include, but are not limited to training needs analysis, and the development and delivery of customised training in areas such as supervision, customer service, communication, staff selection
techniques, staff appraisal and negotiation skills.
Training Services Australia’s staff comprises seven full-time & one part-time employees who are responsible for both the strategic direction and the day to day running of the business, including quality assurance and continuous improvement, client service, marketing, finance and general administration.
Our team also includes ten consultants, engaged on a regular basis, to provide course delivery and assessment services. We are able to access additional trainers and facilitators as and when the need arises. Training Services Australia is pleased to offer clients the use of our training centre situated in Beaufort St, Mt Lawley (four kilometres from the GPO). The centre, comprising four training rooms (each with an adjoining break-out room) is modern, air-conditioned, well appointed and equipped with up-to-date training technology (including data projectors, laptops, video cameras, VCRs and television monitors).
The centre is easily accessible by public transport, offers free all-day parking and provides access for people with disabilities. TSA generally provides morning and afternoon tea, and lunches for participants who attend courses at our premises.
